At Station Chêne Rouge, there's no electricity, running water or heating in our Essentiels, Rustiques and Safari Tents.

Be sure to bring heat, or rent one of our portable propane heaters.

Propane heater - 40$
Enjoy the comfort of a propane heater during your stay at Station Chêne Rouge. For $40, rental includes a Mr. Heater Big Buddy heater and 2 propane tanks. If you need additional tanks, they're available for $10 each.

Please note that the number of heaters is limited. First come, first served.

*** Safety information about our accommodations at Station Chêne Rouge

At Station Chêne Rouge, our rustic accommodations and safari tents are not equipped with locks. However, the tents can be closed with a zipper that includes an interior mosquito net and an exterior canvas fabric.

We recommend that you keep valuables such as money, jewelry, cameras, passports, etc., with you or in a locked vehicle.

What to bring :

  • Bring heat or rent one of our portable propane heaters.

Resort fee of $25 at Station Chêne Rouge :

Objective: To provide our customers with an authentic, luxurious and carefree camping experience at an affordable price by offering a package of services included in a resort fee of $25 per stay.

Services included in the $25 resort fee:

  • Firewood: For convivial evenings around the fire.
  • Ice: For refreshing food and drinks.
  • Nespresso coffee: For a gentle wake-up call
  • Water: To stay hydrated throughout your stay.
  • Stove and butane cylinder
  • 24-hour access to the Clubhouse: A fully-equipped communal area where you can - prepare your own meals, enjoy a drink, read or play board games.
  • WIFI connection via extra-fast cable (available only in the main chalet and events building)
  • Access to the pavilion (covered event building)
  • 4 Different BBQ experiences with charcoal, propane, Brazilian grill and maple wood fire ring.
  • 6 showers with hot water on underfloor heating.

The resort fee of $25 is applied per stay, regardless of the length of stay.
