Located 90 minutes from Montreal and 15 minutes from Sherbrooke, Station Chêne Rouge is a 35-acre private estate nestled atop the mountains of North Hatley in the Eastern Townships. When you book the entire property, it’s all yours—from Friday at noon until Sunday morning.

What “privatized” actually means

Throughout your stay, no one other than the members of your group will set foot on the property. No other families. No other couples. No one else around.

Every guest stays in one of our 22 accommodation units—A-frame mini-cabins, pods, safari tents, and signature units. The common areas are yours to enjoy throughout your stay: a 5,000-square-foot deck, a heated saltwater pool, private forest trails, pavilions, and outdoor fire pits.

Corporate Team-Building (New for Fall 2026)
For corporate groups of up to 30 people in the Comfort Package, or up to 65 with full accommodations. Ideal for your strategic retreats in the heart of nature—disconnect from the office, reconnect with nature. Weekly packages (Sunday through Thursday) are preferred.

Some couples don’t want a banquet hall and 200 guests they barely know. They want their 30, 40, or 50 closest friends and family—all staying in the same place, all under the same sky.

Private rentals of the estate are not available during certain busy periods or on holidays. Please contact us to confirm your dates.

Confirmation

The final number of occupants must be confirmed prior to the stay in order to comply with the site's authorized capacity.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to guarantee exclusive use of the estate.

Our commitment

Station Chêne Rouge is first and foremost a tourist accommodation in nature. Each stay aims to provide a safe, calm, and respectful environment for guests and the surrounding community.

All activities carried out on the site must remain private, non-commercial for the public, and incidental to the stay of the occupants. No activities open to the public or generating outside traffic independent of the accommodation are permitted.

Occupancy of the property must comply with the authorized capacity, good neighborliness rules, and applicable municipal regulations.
