  • How to book an Escapade package

Once you've purchased your Chêne Rouge Resort Getaway Package", when you're ready to book, simply email us at [email protected] or by phone at 873-878-2433 the dates of your stay and the type of mini-cabin or safari tent. Upon booking, your credit will be automatically applied.

  • How long do I have to use my Getaway Packages?

Chêne Rouge Resort Getaway Package credits can be used for all bookings within two years of the date of purchase. We encourage you to book your getaways early, and often.

  • What's included in the Escapade package?

All Chêne Rouge Resort Getaway Packages include credits for bookings in our mini chalets or safari tents for two or four people on any available date (depending on your choice of Getaway Package). If you book for a longer period than that covered by the package credits, the credits will be applied to the regular rate, and you will have to pay for the extra nights at the time of booking. All additional charges, such as pet fees, resort fees, housekeeping fees, firewood, groceries, early check-in or late check-out, boutique products, extra nights and applicable taxes, will be charged to your credit card.




💵 Additional fees for your stay at Station Chêne Rouge

At Station Chêne Rouge, we want your experience to be seamless, authentic and hassle-free. That's why we've bundled a number of services into a transparent fixed fee, so there are no surprises and you can better plan your nature getaway.


🧹 Cleaning fee (per stay)

This fee covers the complete upkeep of the accommodations, ensuring impeccable cleanliness on arrival.

- Mini-chalets: $75
- Pods, Squares, Safari tents, Triangles: $50
- Essentials and Rustics: $50


🏕️ Resort fee - $20 per night

Automatically included in all bookings, this resort fee gives you unlimited access to a wide range of services and facilities at no extra cost:

- Firewood for outdoor fireplaces
- Nespresso coffee available at all times
- 24-hour access to the Clubhouse (kitchen, lounge area, games, books)
- High-speed Wi-Fi connection (Clubhouse)
- Wood, charcoal, propane and Brazilian BBQ, propane and Brazilian grill
- 4 km of marked mountain trails
- Hot showers on heated floors (6 in total)
- Heated salt-water pool (*seasonal)
- Free parking
- Washer and dryer available
- Self-service fresh herbs (*seasonal)

This all-inclusive model allows you to enjoy a top-of-the-range experience, without depending on schedules or à la carte charges.


💰 Applicable taxes

All rates shown are before taxes. The following taxes will be added to your invoice at the time of payment:

- GST (5%)
- QST (9.975%)
- Lodging tax (3.5%)

  • Is there a minimum and maximum length of stay?

Certain periods of the year require a minimum stay of two nights when booking on specific dates depending on seasonality, property and demand. If this restriction applies to the desired dates, the website will not allow you to continue. If the website allows you to continue, the restriction does not apply to those dates. Weekdays are the nights from Sunday to Wednesday. To better enjoy the benefits of nature and disconnection, we recommend that guests stay at least two nights. All getaways have a maximum duration of seven nights.

  • Can I use a gift card or promotional code to purchase an Escapade package?

Gift cards and promotional codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Red Oak Resort Getaway Packages.

  • Are there any blackout dates?

Yes, Escapades packages exclude the mini chalet "11" at Station Chêne Rouge. Otherwise, there are no cut-off dates. You are free to use your packs according to availability and outpost restrictions mentioned above. 

  • Is it possible to upgrade a pack after purchasing it?

We cannot upgrade a pack already purchased, but you can purchase another pack separately.

  • Are Escapade packages refundable?

Les Forfaits Escapades de la Station Chêne Rouge assumes no responsibility for early departures, cancellations or changes to reservations due to environmental conditions or any other reasons beyond our control (temperature, weather and/or road conditions, snow, cold, ice or glaze, frost, natural disasters, extreme heat, wild animals, forest fires, floods, etc.).

Getaway Packages are non-refundable, but if you cancel or postpone your reservation(s) 15 days or more in advance, 100% of your Getaway Package credit will be fully restored. 

If you cancel or postpone your reservation(s) less than 15 days in advance, the full amount of your stay will be charged (lodging tax, GST, QST and other purchases). Escapade packages and rates are non-refundable.
