Before booking
A: In North Hatley, in the Eastern Townships, 1.5 hours from Montreal and 15 minutes from Sherbrooke. Set on 35 acres of private forest atop a mountain, overlooking Lake Massawippi.
A: From May to October. The estate is closed from November to April.
A: 22 units divided into 7 types, plus 5 camping sites. Total capacity: 65 guests.
A: All stays require a minimum of 2 consecutive nights. This policy allows you to settle into the rhythm of the landscape.
During your stay
A: High-speed Wi-Fi (500 to 750 Mbps) is available at the clubhouse. The signal is weaker in the guest accommodations—this is intentional: a deliberate disconnection to promote nervous system regulation.
A: Most units do not have running water. The clubhouse has 6 showers and 4 indoor restrooms, plus additional portable restrooms outside.
A: Yes. Dishes, utensils, propane tanks, and charcoal are provided. You bring the food.
A: Yes, the wood is provided.
Pets, accessibility, dining
A: Yes, throughout the entire property, at no extra charge and with no breed restrictions.
A: No. You bring your own food and cook it on the BBQ or in the kitchenette in your unit. Nespresso coffee and ice are provided.
A: Some units and common areas are accessible. Please contact us to confirm based on your specific needs.
The Dayclub and Membership
A: No, the dayclub is reserved for members and guests staying at the resort.
