Visitors' responsibilities and rules
Station Chêne Rouge offers nature, mountain and forest experiences. In this regard, we assume no responsibility for early departures, cancellations or changes to reservations due to environmental conditions or any other reasons beyond our control (temperature, weather and/or road conditions, snow, cold, ice or glaze, frost, natural disasters, extreme heat, wild animals, forest fires, floods, etc.).
Since we are inviting you to live one or more experiences in the wilderness and since it is uncontrollable, we recommend that you consult the weather forecast so that you bring the required and adequate equipment to fully enjoy your stay .
We are committed to doing everything possible to make your glamping (glamorous camping) experience enjoyable and we expect full cooperation from you for the benefit of all.
- Security
We do everything we can to make our trails safe.
Since we are inviting you to live one or more experiences in the wilderness and since it is uncontrollable, we recommend that you consult the weather forecast so that you bring the required and adequate equipment to fully enjoy your stay .
Injuries caused by your activities are your responsibility. A first aid kit is available at the reception.
- Waste and recycling
In order to reduce our ecological footprint as much as possible, we have recycling bins available at the reception desk. We count on your cooperation to use them. Thank you for not leaving any waste in your micro chalet.
- The pets
We're proud to be pet-friendly.
Since the opening of our resort, our founders have always wanted to offer a pet-friendly place.
By doing so, we help pets and their owners to never be separated from each other while traveling. We are proud to be a pet-friendly company.
For us, it's the way to live a real holiday all together!
A stay fee will be charged for the presence of your pet on site. Pets are allowed in mini chalets and glamping safari tents.
Pets must be under their owner's control at all times.
In order to preserve the peace and quiet of other guests, please do not leave pets unattended outside at night. If necessary, please bring a cushion or crate for them.
Pets are not allowed in the pool area or in the sanitary block (showers and toilets).

Modification of reservation
The reservation holder may make a change to his/her reservation, free of charge and subject to availability, if the change is made more than fifteen (15) days prior to the reservation date.
In the case of a change made less than fifteen (15) days before the reservation date, the change will be processed according to availability, but may also be refused.
No changes can be made less than fifteen (7) days before the date of the reservation.
We assume no responsibility for early departures, cancellations or changes in reservations due to environmental conditions or any other reasons beyond our control (temperature, weather and/or road conditions, snow, cold, ice or freezing temperatures, natural disasters, heat, wildlife, forest fires, floods, etc.)
Additional persons policy
Additional person fee: A fee of $50 per stay will be applied for each additional person aged 3 and over. This fee includes one floor mattress per guest.
Occupancy limits: The maximum number of occupants per accommodation unit is strictly enforced. Please refer to the description of the accommodation unit for the maximum number of occupants allowed. Excess occupants may result in additional charges or refusal of check-in.
Payment of fees: Fees for additional persons must be paid at check-in.
Floor mattresses: A floor mattress will be provided for each additional person aged 3 and over. Floor mattresses are not intended to be used as main beds and must be installed on the floor.
Note: This policy applies to all reservations, including reservations made through a third party.
Parking fees for additional cars
Parking fees for additional cars: A fee of $40 per stay will be charged for each additional car.
Number of parking spaces: The number of parking spaces per accommodation unit is limited to one car. Parking excess cars may result in additional charges or off-site parking.
Payment of fees: Parking fees for additional cars must be paid upon check-in.
Note: This policy applies to all reservations, including reservations made through a third party.
Justification of costs
Fees for additional people and additional cars are used to cover the extra costs of accommodating a larger number of guests. These charges help maintain the level of service and comfort we offer all our customers.
We understand that these charges may result in additional expenses for some customers. However, we are convinced that the value for money of our accommodation and services remains exceptional.

For everyone's well-being, we ask you to turn off your music and keep your voice down after 9:00 pm.

Regular rate: for those looking for security and simplicity
The regular rate is designed for travelers who are looking for the simplicity and security of a firm booking. By choosing this rate, you ensure the price of your stay and the guarantee of your room, no matter the unexpected.
What you need to know:
Full payment: The total amount of your stay will be charged at the time of booking, including lodging tax, GST, QST and other purchases.
Cancellation Policy:
- MORE than 15 days before the arrival date: In case of full or partial cancellation, 25% of the total payment will be retained and the balance will be refunded.
- LESS than 15 days before the arrival date: In case of full or partial cancellation, 50% of the total payment will be retained and the balance will be refunded.
- LESS than 48 hours before the arrival date: For any cancellation or modification, complete or partial, the full amount of the reservation will be retained.
This policy also applies in case of no-show on the day of arrival.
The regular fare is ideal for travelers who:

- Promotions
Where several promotions are in force, only one is applicable at the time of booking. Please note that they cannot be combined. Other conditions may apply.
Insurance and damage
You are responsible for your personal belongings.
Station Chêne Rouge is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended in the chalet.
You are personally responsible for any damage incurred during your stay. To report damage, please contact us as soon as possible. You are also responsible for your personal belongings. In the event of injury, always contact your insurance company. Station Chêne Rouge cannot be held responsible under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damage or extensive cleaning that occurs as a result of your stay. If you discover any problems on arrival, please inform us as soon as possible to avoid any damage being charged to your account.
All appliances, utensils and dishes are provided. Any missing items will be charged to the customer.
Obligation of the Station Chêne Rouge
In the event of an unforeseen event or natural disaster, Station Chêne Rouge will make every effort to locate an equivalent mini-cottage on its premises. If this is not possible, we will assist you in locating a comparable rental property in the area. Station Chêne Rouge will not be held responsible or liable for such events.
The Red Oak Resort will not be held responsible for any event resulting in death, injury, loss of personal items or damage to personal property of the Hirer or their guests.
No refunds will be given for unforeseen events (power failure, internet failure, lack of water, septic tank problem). Please keep in mind that our cabins are not equipped with generators.
In addition, pool maintenance requires regular water changes. Station Chêne rouge ensures that the water quality is adequate, but the temperature on your arrival may be less than ideal. Thank you for your understanding!
Your verbal or written permission at the time of booking (online or by telephone), together with payment of the booking and/or possession of the property, demonstrates your acceptance of our policies and your intention to use the property as a rental.
- Fire and wood
At Station Chêne Rouge, firewood is included in your stay. It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to bring in wood from outside, to avoid introducing harmful insects and diseases onto the site. A single piece of firewood can destroy thousands of trees. Please be vigilant.

Application of fresh :
- The resort fee of $25 is applied per stay, regardless of the length of stay.
- The fee is automatically added to each customer's bill at the time of booking or check-in.

At Station Chêne Rouge, we place great importance on preserving the integrity of our brand, our property, our partners and our employees. This is why we would like to remind you that unauthorized use of photos taken on our property constitutes a violation of our rights and may have legal consequences.
If you use our photos without our permission, this may not only damage the commercial value of our property, but also create confusion as to any affiliation or endorsement on our part. In addition, if any of our property's distinctive trademarks or logos are visible in the photos and their use creates confusion as to the origin of the goods or services, this could also constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights.
It is strictly forbidden to use photos taken on our property for commercial purposes without our prior authorization. We take the protection of our intellectual property rights very seriously and will take the necessary steps to enforce these rights.
We therefore respectfully request that you do not use our photos without our express permission. If you wish to use our photos for a specific purpose, please contact us to obtain our authorization.
Finally, it is important to add that when you publish photos of our property using the hashtags #stationchenerouge, #glampsource, @stationchenerouge or @glampsource, you allow us to use your publications for promotional purposes on social media. However, this does not mean that you assign your copyright to these photos.
We will always respect your rights and ensure that we have your consent if we use your photos for commercial purposes.
