Membership regulations at Station Chêne Rouge
Welcome to the Station Chêne Rouge membership program. Our rules are clear to ensure a harmonious, fair and enjoyable experience for all our members and guests. These rules are designed to preserve the exclusive and friendly atmosphere of our resort while ensuring efficient management of resources.
The principal member must be physically present on site for guests to benefit from membership discounts or advantages. These privileges include access to facilities, participation in activities and accommodation.
Why is this? This rule ensures equitable use of infrastructure while strengthening the bonds between our members and our community.
The principal member can make reservations for family, friends or third parties, provided that he/she is physically present on the site to allow them access to the facilities and accommodations.
To take advantage of Exclusive Membership Benefits, such as the 10% discount on food and beverages, billing will be made directly to the principal member' s credit card on file.
This ensures transparent and efficient management of membership benefits.
Discount codes are strictly reserved for the member's use. They may not be shared with others without the physical presence of the main member and his/her guests.
Each member may invite a limited number of guests per visit. This limit depends on :
- The capacity of the accommodation booked. (Accommodation capacity is on the website)
- Common facilities available at Station Chêne Rouge.
- The number of guests is subject to accommodation availability.
The maximum capacity of each accommodation is specified at the time of booking and on our website.
* Respecting this limit is mandatory to guarantee the comfort and safety of all.
The member is responsible for:
- Respecting the authorized number of guests.
- Ensuring that guests comply with Chêne Rouge Station rules and regulations.
In the event of non-compliance, management reserves the right to:
- Cancel the member's membership
- Refuse access to the facilities.
- Apply additional fees.
Any exceptions concerning the number of guests must be sent to management in advance. These requests will be evaluated according to availability and infrastructure capacity.
For several booked accommodations, the total number of guests allowed corresponds to the sum of the individual capacities of each accommodation.
- Annual memberships are valid for 12 months and are automatically renewed on their expiry date.. Requests for cancellation must be made before the end of the current period.
- Lifetime memberships are valid forever.
Discount codes :
- Cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers.
- Discount codes apply exclusively to stays in our accommodations. They are not valid for additional services such as bed linen, luggage transport or other extras.
