Frequently Asked Questions

We love dogs and they are welcome in three Pods: the Acer, the Fagus and the Fraxinus, in two Rectangles: L’Air and L’Eau and in our Triangles. They are also welcome in our Ready-to-Camp units , except in Les Bulles (the Bubbles) and on our campings. They must be registered upon reservation. Please read the Terms and Conditions section for more information.

Each Rectangle, Triangle and Pod rental comes with an 11-liter water container for cooking or washing dishes. The water provided is not  tested. We recommend that you bring along your own drinking-water bottles.
For the Ready-to-Camp units and campings, you must bring your own water jugs for drinking and cooking.

You are welcome to arrive on site starting at 4 pm and enjoy our trails. The key to your cabin will be given at registration, at 4pm. If you plan on arriving after our opening hours (we close at 9 pm on Fridays, at 5 pm on Saturdays and Sundays and at 6 pm on all the other days), please add the Late Arrival option ($) and inform us of your arrival time so that present to greet you.

You may choose to have your luggage delivered ($) or transport them yourself for free. We offer two-way luggage transportation service, but it must be ordered upon reservation of your cabin for the extra cost of $20: our employee picks up your luggage in our parking lot and delivers them to your cabin with an ATV and trailer. This service is only offered until 5 pm on Saturdays and Sundays and until 5:30 pm on the other days and before it gets dark outside. During the Spring, Summer and Fall seasons, wheelbarrows are available for free to transport luggage.

We are open until November 30th : we are closed for the winter season. Our Pods and Rectangles have small wood-burning stoves (wood is provided). In our Triangles, heating is provided by a butane or propane gas heater (butane or propane included).
