✨ Your role:
We are looking for a committed, independent and caring person to accompany us 1 to 2 days a week, depending on your schedule. Your mandate:
- Complete bookkeeping and transaction recording for a tourist accommodation business
- Preparation of monthly financial statements
- Accounts payable and receivable management
- Tax management (GST/QST)
- Budget control and financial forecasting
- Follow-up of bank reconciliations
- Strategic decision-making support
- Support management in monthly analysis of financial situation
- Collaboration on budget follow-up for special projects
- Participation in the organization of our accounting structure
💼 Profile required:
- Accounting training (DEC or AEC)
- 2+ years' experience in NPO or SME (an asset)
- Experience in a tourist accommodation business (a BIG asset - we want to learn from you!)
- Comfortable with accounting tools (QuickBooks, Excel, Google, etc.)
- Curious, rigorous, autonomous, organized
- Attention to detail... but also to the well-being of the people you work with
